This is one of yours. UIEnvironment does not exist.
Are you proposing to split up Utilities and move a lot of these
utility-like this to a new utility class called UIEnvironment?
What is the motivation/rationale? I do not see what problem is solved
by introducing another utility class.
Should the new class also stay in the System-Support category?
