Why not Pier?
Because:

- easy editing in full rich text editor
- Scribo has nice looking Urls by its nature (Aida background)
- user/group/role based security included
- proven SEO
- full Smalltalk, Swazoo web server included, also for serving images
and even videos and screencasts,
- scriblets, that is components to include directly in text like photo
gallery
