No, the bug report (http://bugs.squeak.org/view.php?id=7108) is about this problem (I
think).
It's just that Damien Pollet noticed the existence of this problem in OmniBrowser, as
there the packages Installer-Test and Installer-Core appear twice. So he was thinking
it might be a problem of OmniBrowser, which is not the case.
I hope this shed some light on this issue. ;)

Installer and Installer-core.
