- MorphExtension now stores properties in SmallIdentityDictionary.
- in loadscript: Smalltalk associations do: [:each | each
beReadWriteBindingAnnouncing: true]
Because it recompiles all methods multiple times, the update takes a
while to load.
(this is to be able to remove ReadOnlyVariableBinding, which has never
seen any use)
