I never save and quit in one step; I learned the hard way a long time
ago, and (fair or not) the lesson stuck. There should be save, and
save+quit.

Hi,
From the latest pharo image the Save and quit menu have disappear.
Is there any reason for removing it.
I always use it so I found annoying to first click quit and then
answer the question...
