Might want to take a peek at issue 337 before trying to switch to the
Vistary look ;)
Turns out the errors I reported earlier weren't really related to
changes in Pharo between 101 and 144, but new version of Polymorph being
released meanwhile making the Vistary window buttons nicer, but using
methods no longer in Pharo.
