The point is the following
when you submit a but send an email so that people see it.
Without discussion it may happen that your changes gets unnoticed and
worse not discussed.
For idea se this list and we appreciate ideas but ideas with code are
better :)

Check the freetype fonts release, the final 1.0 will use these fonts
or others but cool.
