I can only guess, but maybe the font-enumeration at startup causes the
VM to hang. Seaside Hosting uses quite an old and modified version of
the Unix VM. Maybe Adrian can verify that this is/is not the problem,
by opening a Pharo image on seasidehosting.st within an X session?
