It would be great for the VMs to have the icons. So far, I can't even get gnome to use mine. Windows probably would take the ico, but I'm trying to kick that particular addition :)

They're attached to comment 4 in http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=192 IMHO, it's a bit more recognizable at smaller dimensions than the one you sent (I did some manual work cleaning up the 16x16 one, for example), which can be nice. If I were to do it again though, I'd make a dimensions/16 pixel border on top/bottom, using all 16px high leaves list view feeling cluttered.
