- Issue 1457: CharacterSet removeAll
CharacterSet - Refactorings from trunk - Part1
- cache byteArrayMap of WideCharacterSet
- boost WideCharacterSet do: (using a ByteArray instead of
WordArray to avoid Large Integers)
- implement remove:ifAbsent: to fulfill subclassResponsibility
This part1 has an initialize method to mutate WideCharacterSet
instances to the new internal format.
This support code will be removed in part2
- Issue 1568: Preferences migration part7
* remove TheWorldMainDockingBar
* migrate "morphic" "fileout" and "button" groups
