* The old preference browser reveals migration status (now we know what
is done) :
- light green: fully migrated (class variable + a setting)
- light blue: semi migrated (class variable only with a default value
which reflects a design decision but no setting).
- light red: not migrated (should be removed or decision is pending)
- transparent: others :)
* added taskbar icons to ObjectExplorer and Inspector
* migrate "general" preference group
