NewInspector or ConfiguarationOfNewInspector.
I guess you tried NewInspector and maybe the error is correct becaue now
NewInspector depends on RoelTyper.
I have just tested on latest 1.0 and 1.1 and works ok. To try it:
Gofer new
squeaksource: 'MetacelloRepository';
package: 'ConfigurationOfNewInspector';
load.
((Smalltalk at: #ConfigurationOfNewInspector) project version: '1.0') load.
