Hello

I would appreciate as well a log of an example session. I just
installed Pier2 in Squeak 4.1 (Details see
http://lists.squeakfoundation.org/pipermail/squeak-dev/2010-April/148970.html)

How do I add a chapter? If I go to the root page* of the book I and
click 'Add', I only get as choices

-Book figure
-Book portion
-Book note

Hannes

It contains the text 'This is a book'.
