It seems the wiki is outdated. Please try this to install it:
Gofer new
squeaksource: 'Coral';
package: 'LoadCoral';
load.
(Smalltalk at: #CoralLoader) load.
DISCLAIMER: I have no idea of it is working or not. It just load. And I am
not even sure if loads completely correct
