clone has been removed from Pharo 1.1 in favour of shallowCopy (they behave the same). The removal was a bit zealous, and did not follow any deprecation policy. So it makes it a bit harder to load some packages. But I think lessons are learned: Steph proposed to keep deprecated methods across 2 minor releases.
