Unfortunately, the tests that exist for it are in XML-Tests-Parser-Nodes, which
still needs to be rewritten, back from when it was still part of the XMLParser
package. Are you having trouble figuring out how to use it? Other than the
class comment, try looking at XMLParserElementFactory>>sampleUserXML for an
example of its use.
