Steps to reproduce:
1. evaluate DEVImageWorkspaces openExternalProjectWorkspace
2. evaluate (provided through previous command)
        Gofer new
                squeaksource: 'MetacelloRepository';
                package:'ConfigurationOfO2';
        load.
        

3. then evaluate
 ((Smalltalk at: #ConfigurationOfO2) project version: '1.2') load: 'Dev'.

The installation freeze and the debuguer opens. Here joined the log file  
and a screen capture.
