Just so that, upon minimise with no other un-collapsed windows, the World
gets keyboard focus (keyboard shortcuts) and taskbar appears correct...
In PasteUpMorph, instance side:
navigateVisibleWindowForward
"Change the active window to the next visible and
not collapsed window."
