AFAIK CogVM source code is maintained by Eliot on the usual Subversion repo
for VM development as a branch:
http://squeakvm.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/branches/Cog/
This is also the repo where http://squeakvm.org points to.
Will official Cog move to GitHub (and will Eliot use GitHub then) or
is the GitHub copy a Pharo private fork from the official subversion?
