I thought too that the Cog VM source code was is the SqueakVM.org CVS repository hence why I wondered why Mariano mentioned Gitorious? If it needs to be different (for whatever reason) then I am with Torsten and just stick with Google Code likethe Pharo Project itself because it supports subversion and mercurial as well as an issue tracker.
