I have elementary breakpoint support in my Pharo images (Toggle Breakpoint in the Selector menu) and I use it all the time and I am quite happy with it (together with 'Debug it'). Indeed more options would be nice. But at least I don't have to do a self halt any more in most cases. I don't know how it works, I guess it comes with OB ?
