We're building a continuous integration system for Cog VMs. It of
course is better than manually built VMs, because it is
error prone, and as time shown, are hard to reproduce (because wizard
knows tricks which apprentices are not aware of ;).

It also frees us from tedious manual work and streamlining overall process.

So, it is better even if its not better right now, because we still
tuning stuff .
