[Pharo-project] Workspace code to Web example (was What gives? OpenQWAK???? )

Of the many cool things Eliot displayed in Lille from his workshop (full 
image simulator; image reading from stdin) was how he makes code 
examples for his blog. It's #saveBlogHtmlInFile/#saveHtmlInFile and is 
added to the Workspace menu. Not as big as the other things, but useful.
