[Pharo-project] [ANN?] Keymappings 1.8

 - It is a little more clean and robust.
 - It supports integration with TextMorphs
 - It allows separate declaration of keymaps and settings, so we can now put
configurable keymaps or not :)
 - It works also in 1.3 Dev image
