[Pharo-project] ConfigurationOfKeymapping and workspace bug

Hi Guillermo,

in Pharo 1.3 with Keymapping 1.8 loaded:


Open a workspace.
Evaluate 2/0 => debugger opens, close it.

Now try to type something else in workspace, it always pops up the debugger
trying to evaluate 2/0.
