i added you to pharo-developers team on gitorious, so you can push directly to the pharo-build repository (don't forget to register your ssh key).
I added a job on jenkins server https://ci.lille.inria.fr/pharo/job/Scripts%20download/ which pulls these scripts. So, a dependend jobs should use 'copy artifacts' step from that job in order to use recent version of scripts.
