[Pharo-project] Why does CompiledMethod>>hasLiteral: use ==

I tried:

    aMethod hasLiteral: #DateAndTime->DateAndTime

and got false, even though an "=" literal is indeed there.

Why doesn't #hasLiteral: use #=?
