I load it in a fresh Pharo 1.3 13287 image just like the squeaksource page says:
Gofer new
squeaksource: 'glamoroust';
package: 'ConfigurationOfGlamoroust';
load.
(Smalltalk at: #ConfigurationOfGlamoroust) perform: #loadDefault.
