cmd + r should not conflict with cmd + shift + r , this should be handled by
keymapping... Guillermo ?

at least we can add a #prefix accessor in TWMKeymapping to change the
default at once, and adapt TWMKeymapping>>#shortcuts consequently.

We can also change for Ctrl + r as prefix to be more Emacs-like but IIRC
Ctrl shortcut is not well handled on OSX.
