Make sure that ${path to the directory that contains the script}/set-up.st is
absolute. You also need .changes and .sources in the right directory. Is a
PharoDebug.log written ?
You could also try to add this to your script (in 1.4) to get more feedback:
NonInteractiveTranscript stdout install.
Transcript crShow: 'Starting …'.
