[Pharo-project] eCompletion working in latest 1.4

Hi guys

This version of ecompletion will work on pharo1.4 (i.e. enhanced shout 
packages) and new text editor (so cool).

I'm currently renaming the classes to avoid clashes and I will clean it a bit
