One problem is that the reloading job is at the very end of process so if you cannot shrink to kernel because of some upgrade or load gofer, you are not able to run this job for a long time and it is very probable that when you will be finally able to run it again, it will be broken somehow too. If we will tell that the modular system is one of our priorities and we will immediately reject all updates that will as side effect break this jobs or will lower quality of the images, then we may do a big progress in this area very quickly.
