I just committed a ConfigurationOfSmallapack that loads in Pharo1.4 and
passes the tests on MacOSX (use version 1.1 or #development).
On other platforms, you'll need to provide appropriate LAPACK/BLAS DLL.
In other dialects (Squeak) or Pharo versions, the configuration has not
been tested.
