Looks good --- I'm not sure the Cog-Win32 build is packaging its
artifacts correctly.

In Cog.zip from https://ci.lille.inria.fr/pharo/job/Cog-Win32/18/ I
get the following:

Archive: Cog.zip
Length Method Size Ratio Date Time CRC-32 Name
-------- ------ ------- ----- ---- ---- ------ ----
   51270 Defl:N 4038 92% 03-09-12 01:07 e8206345 libCogVM.dll.a
-------- ------- --- -------
   51270 4038 92% 1 file

Cheers,
Martin
