Here is what I came up with:

anFSReference  fileStreamDo: [ :s | | ms |
        ms := MultiByteFileStream newFrom: s.
        [ ms nextPutAll: self ] ensure: [ ms close ] ].

This seems overly complicated. What's a better way?

Also, there are a bunch of unresolved threads floating around. How do we
make the solution more obvious? At minimum, some method comments?
