I found a way to reproduce my problem, 
take 20076

in a workspace
        forPackage: sur MCPackageManager

        forPackage: + act M
        puis un click sur initialize
        puis un autre click sur initialize
                -> problem 

The icon navigation works but we cannot see the code.
