Yeah, that is a tough one. HTTPClient and HTTPSocket are gone, fully deprecated.
If there is little to no HTTP interaction, I would consider
Soup class>>fromUrl: urlObject
urlObject asUrl retrieveContents.
Or explicitely testing for Zn classes.
