The WorldMenu>System>Memory Monitor toot that was there in 1.3

Shows the memory usage of the VM, and allows to track a specific class
in terms of instance count for example. Also has a gc button.

It provides a feel of what goes on in the system in terms of memory. I
kind of like it and missed it from 1.4
