The good thing about HN or Reddit or any other "horizontal propagation" medium, is that your message reachs people that doesn't have anything to do with Smalltalk as it is today (comeback?) or as it was before (great).
It is a good way to get feedback from real users, that are prospects who might become the next generation of Pharo developers.
