Yes, the packages Bogus, BogusInfo and BogusExt are used by Monticello
2, OmniBrowser, and Gofer for testing. They contain mock code solely
used in test cases. Normally, if you don't have the tests of
Monticello 2, OmniBrowser or Gofer loaded, you shouldn't have any of
the Bogus packages loaded either.
