[Pharo-users] [ANN] Little bugfix release of Neptuno DBX browser

Little release with a bugfix of the Neptuno Browser for pharo 1.3 :).

Next step, trying to port it to released 1.4 :D.

Release notes:
- use *transmit to: #xx; andShow:*  instead of *showOn: #xx; using:  *when
building the browser with glamour
