The chilean mirror is a read-only mirror that dayly downloads the latest 
versions of every public project on squeaksource. As far as I know it is the 
only available mirror. How it works is documented on the mirror itself: 
http://dsal.cl/squeaksource

But sadly it is down :-( until somebody fixes it tomorrow late afternoon 
Belgian time. (= early morning Chilean time)
