Hello, I am looking for the examples of deployed applications in Pharo: what are the different variations of entry points into application that are proposed when an application is deployed. For example, Dr. Geo provides its own OS-type menu (File, Edit, etc.) and then the world menu is customized. Are there any other examples of such deployed applications (preferably open-source so that I can have a look at the code as well :-).
