Unless my understanding of the proposal is way off, you would just add
"poolDictionaries: 'whatever'" before "category:". No horrible
breaking of anything would happen.

I disagree ;-)
I find it hard to remember the ordering of these parameters. I sometimes
have this problem with classInstVars in VAST.
But you are right in that using a simpler template as the default won't
remove the whole feature.
