- adding refactoring to several tools (sender/implementors).
- adding Node to cover Package and Class + visit method
- improve some refactorings
- add deprecated
all these changes should be reviewed and integrated in Pharo 40.
- restart the work on gisela on rewrite rules support.

not the first time some work on refactoring is waisted because we do
not integrate it in time…)
