Yes, in the Monticello Browser, you can read the version of the package 
'Zinc-HTTP', the latest is 409. But I can't remember that anything related to 
redirects changed recently.

You could try using the latest 4.0 image which got a Zn update a couple of days 
ago.

Or you could update Zinc in your image
