Thank you Ben!! And no worries, I in no way consider the pharo community to
be unwelcoming; the lack of response just made me think that i sent the
message to the wrong mailing list or something, so i fired off another
email just to be safe :)

And re incrementally integrating the work: thanks, that's a great idea -- i
think that's what we are actually going to do!
