Salut René,

It's been a while since I installed Pharo on a Linux machine.
But, from what I understand, the last step is to unpack the tar

tar vxf pharo-launcher-linux.tar

Then, you'll be able to start the Pharo Launcher, that allows creating and
managing your images and VMs.
