Done. The index page now reads 'Creative Commons or LGPL (note #)'; the note clarifies there is a choice. I went with LGPL instead of GPL as I understand the latter would prevent use in proprietary software (and who are we to stand in Microsoft's way?). Hopefully that meets your requirements fully?
