Do you know how to retrieve the desktop folder on a Mac. Now I use:
elif sys.platform.startswith('darwin'):
# Mac: verify this!
DESKTOP_FOLDER = os.path.expanduser('~/Desktop')
This most likely not correct. Could you find a better solution?
